Vision Care (formerly, Strohecker and Associates) has provided patient-centered
care for residents of Tioga County and the surrounding area. Our

Strohecker, O.D.
Dr. Strohecker received his Doctorate of Optometry from the Pennsylvania
College of Optometry in 1989. He holds a bachelor’s degree
in clinical science from the Pennsylvania College of Optometry
and
a bachelor’s degree in general studies from Mansfield University.
A Mansfield native, Dr. Strohecker and his wife, Sondi Landis
have three
sons: Anthony, Alexander and Landis.
Dr. Strohecker is a member of the New Life Church in Canton, PA
and serves on the Mansfield University Board of Trustees and is a member of Mansfield Borough Council. In addition,
he coaches Little League in Mansfield.

W. Schneider,
O.D.
Dr.
Jared W. Schneider received his Doctorate of Optometry from the
Pennsylvania College of Optometry in 2004. He graduated in the top
10 percent of his classes and received numerous awards for his academic
and clinical achievement. Dr. Schneider attended Southern Adventist
University
where he earned a Bachelors of Science in Biology. He was raised
in Northeastern Pennsylvania in a suburb of Wilkes-Barre, PA.
